Lift Life Focus: RELEASE (Letting Go)
Costa Rica is in Central America and is full of life and culture. Costa Rica is known for its drive for conservation of its precious land and wildlife. Expect to see all kind of monkeys, birds, iguanas, and more. This adventure will take you across the country - through the lush jungle, into the volcanic lands, and along the rugged coastlines. This trip is designed to allow us to release, or let go, of unnecessary weights that we carry - thoughts, emotional hang-ups, grudges, or unhealthy beliefs about ourselves or others. Expect to come back from this trip lighter.
We will be exploring one of the world’s “Blue Zones” in the Nicoya Peninsula, and experience both remote and lively parts of Costa Rica. We will surf on the coast, explore waterfalls, zipline in the jungle, and river tube in the unique Rio Celeste (imagine a river of blue gatorade). Come enjoy this beautiful country with us!

Karol
Karol is a Costa Rican woman who has been a travel guide for nearly two decades in Costa Rica and in other countries around the world. She is fluent in English and Spanish and very knowledgeable about Costa Rican culture and nature. Her hobbies include reading, writing, hiking and rock climbing. She resides in Costa Rica with her teenage daughter.
