Lift Life Focus: ACHIEVEMENT

Is one of the Seven Wonders of the World on your bucket list? Imagine taking an adventure of a lifetime hiking to Machu Picchu on the Inca Trail with an empowered group of women. Peru is full of history and spiritual wonder. We will be exploring Cusco, the “Navel of the World,” visit a community in the Sacred Valley, then spend four incredible days and three nights in the Andes mountains. The Inca Trail takes you through various archeological sights and gifts you scenic views of the Andes mountains. We will also be learning about the Quechua weaving practice with indigenous women in a little town outside of Cusco. This trip will take you beyond the challenge of trekking to Machu Picchu, giving you a new perspective on the intelligence of ancient civilizations, and the beauty of Peruvian culture.

This trip is ideal for those who love the outdoors, hiking, and being very active. Internally, it is ideal for those who seek adventure, achievement, and want to push themselves. The physicality combined with time for thought along the Inca Trail may also be healing for anyone who may be processing grief or a big life change.
